The staff was top notch! Very helpful with suggestions and the valet people were great! Everyone was friendly and accommodated our requests.

The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, even at midnight when we arrived! Although the valet was no longer running, she gave us very good tips on securing free parking in the area. We also were comped breakfast the following morning because of the trouble! The breakfast is very good here.

The hotel was extremely clean and was very nice. Beds were comfy and staff was absolutely great! Great experience!

Well located in the heart of downtown Missoula, close to many great bars/restaurants - very clean and modern rooms - decent bar in lobby - staff were very accommodating.

Excellent central location. Modern clean, uncluttered design throughout the hotel. Good value breakfast options. Would happily stay there again.

Clean, modern facilities with extreme attention to detail and comfort. Staff members were kind, location phenomenal. Overall just an amazing place to stay. Would return!!
